We understand and acknowledge the trust put in us by parents, schools and education companies, and take our responsibility very seriously. For this reason, we have specific policies and procedures in place for all students who attend our summer programmes.
Our locations and accommodation have all been selected for their safe and secure environments, and we offer only the highest levels of supervision. All students are escorted from the airport to their accommodation, and students aged 13 and under are supervised by staff 24 hours per day.
All students are required to complete our Medical and Dietary Information form, and issued with a pre-departure handbook with advice on how to prepare and stay safe during their time in the UK.
Our Staff
Our friendly, experienced teachers deliver engaging English language lessons to students of any English level. Teachers also lead activities and excursions, as well as ensuring the general welfare of students. Enthusiastic Activity Leaders manage the activities and cultural excursion programme, and encourage students to practice their English at all times.
Our dedicated staff understand the challenges faced by young people staying in a different country away from their parents for the first time… and understand the concerns and worries of the parents as well! All have enhanced DBS checks to ensure their suitability for working with children.
